NYC edition: The Meatball Shop came recommended by a friend, and I’m now doing the good work of passing it on. They have 3 locations for your convenience, but note that they don’t take reservations!
TMS is all about customization, so you’ll definitely have fun and work up an appetite selecting sauces and sides whether you order your balls straight up (naked balls) or in a sammich (hero, slider, or smash).
I had a meatball hero with chicken balls, provolone, and parmesan cream. It was promptly devoured and washed down with a highly recommended Bitches Brew.
